The garden is beautiful, but the room was outdated and disappointing.

If you’re into fresh fish, you’ll love the local places nearby like Napule Lacco Ameno for a solid catch! The thermal pools were a warm sanctuary after a day of exploring. Also, the calm garden filled with lush plants is a real treat for the eyes.
Paying for pool towels feels a bit unwelcoming. While some staff were excellent, a few in the dining area lacked warmth. Plus, the walls are so thin I could practically hear my neighbors' late-night TV. It’s a real vibe-killer, but the promise of stunning views kept us happy!

The beautiful gardens and multiple thermal pools made for a relaxing stay. The proximity to Lacco Ameno allowed us to explore local dining options easily.

While the views were nice, the heat in my room was unbearable, and the noise was simply luod. I expected a complimentary upgrade but received nothing. Also, what's with the mold next to the air conditioner? I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t handle the neglect.

Enjoyed the warm pools, perfect for relaxation. However, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work well during hot nights.

The pools were really amazing 🌊! The gardens were beautiful and the overall vibes were so relaxing. But the air conditioning could’ve been better during the heat wave. Overall, a lovely stay!

My 6-night stay at Hotel San Lorenzo Thermal Spa was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. The warm thermal pools were a highlight, and the rich breakfast offered a great start to the day. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to a lovely beach and nearby restaurants in Lacco Ameno.
Some amenities could use updating.

The kids loved splashing around in the warm pools! We enjoyed our family time in the beautiful garden while sipping on some refreshing drinks. The views from our sea view room were truly breathtaking. The staff always went the extra mile catering to our family needs.
My wife says that extra charges for water and towels are a disappointment.

The pools were really amazing. The swimming pool was the best in my opinion, felt almost like I was at a spa with a beautiful view of the mountain in front.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what you get.
