The location is quiet and unbeatable. The staff is attentive. The building is beautiful. The rooms are good-sized with an expansive terrace and balcony.

Everything was very good, quiet location close enough to thermal water park, cute stores, and two nearby attractions, Giardini La Mortella and Negombo, the beach and hydrothermal park, excellent staff. Hotel's room was a nice size with a magnificent view over the sea.

This place is super convenient to reach, and it's located right by plenty of local attractions, including the restaurant and even the beach! the building and rooms are really nice, and there's a big terrace to chill out on 🌴.

The view from our room at San Lorenzo Thermal Spa was absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky enough to have an ocean view and it was truly spectacular. The swimming pools were also a highlight of our stay, as they were relaxing and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests.

The location and view were excellent. The swimming pools were refreshing. The nearby Park Negombo was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very kind.

The hotel had a beautiful setting and great location. It was easy to explore the island because of its proximity to the bus stop. The warm outdoor pool and indoor spa were a nice way to relax. We enjoyed the meals at the restaurant twice, which were very good.

The staff had limited English language skills, making communication difficult. The menu at the hotel restaurant was very limited and the food was not that great.
